A Measurable Metric for Every Clean

Module Cleaning Efficiency (MCE) is PlasmaBerry's proprietary performance metric, generated by the Helios™ AI platform after every service visit. Rather than relying on visual inspection or anecdotal feedback, MCE uses irradiance-normalised generation data — measured before and after cleaning — to produce a single, comparable score that tells you exactly how much energy output was recovered.

The MCE Measurement Process

Pre-Service Baseline

Before cleaning begins, Helios™ records the plant's generation output and logs the prevailing irradiance conditions. This establishes the soiled-state baseline.

Service Execution

PlasmaBerry technicians carry out the scheduled cleaning — dry brush, semi-automatic, Sprinko automated or Jetsons Zero robotic — as per the plant's service plan.

Post-Service Measurement

After cleaning, generation output is re-measured under comparable irradiance conditions. Helios™ normalises both readings to remove weather variability.

MCE Score Calculation

The AI engine calculates the percentage improvement in normalised generation output — this is the MCE score for the visit.
