What Asset Care Covers
Module Cleaning
Clean bird droppings and dark spots, then clean PV modules with plain water or a mild dishwashing detergent. Suggested periodicity: fortnightly or according to site conditions.
Module & Cabling Preventive Checks
Inspect modules for physical damage and cabling for cracks, defects, loose connections, overheating, arcing, short or open circuits and ground faults. Includes cable tie-up. Suggested periodicity: monthly.
Inverter Inspection
Check inverter functions on the panel and carry out physical cleaning to help maintain reliable operation. Suggested periodicity: monthly.
Electrical Safety Checks
Inspect electrical boxes for corrosion, water or insect intrusion; seal boxes where required; check switches, breakers, earthing resistance and lightning-arrester connections. Suggested periodicity: bi-annual.
Vermin Removal
Remove bird nests and vermin from the solar array and rack area to help protect equipment and maintain safe access. Suggested periodicity: annual.
Corrective Maintenance
Provide call response and fault resolution when a fault is reported, with service action documented through Helios™. Suggested periodicity: as required.
